    Invasive Species Public Hearing

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources will hold a series of public hearings around the state in August on proposed rules relating to the identification, classification and control of invasive species.  For your information, a copy of the Hearing Notice is attached, which includes the dates and times of the hearings. To access the official public hearing site for this rule, go to  https://apps.dhfs.state.wi.us/admrules/public/Rmo?nRmoId=505. To access the DNR's website with more detailed information on the rule, go to  http://dnr.wi.gov/invasives/classification/

We abuse land because we regard it as a commodity belonging to us. When we see land as a community to which we belong, we may begin to use it with love and respect.
